Amy Amy Janet JanetAubrey Plaza is a comedian and actress born in June 1984. Her witty sense of humor has earned her the respect of many a choice in comedy. She is the character April Ludgate on "Parks and Recreation." After performing improv and sketch comedy in the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater, Plaza was the first to make her web series debut with "The Jeannie Tate Show." She went on to play in Juddah Apatow's "Funny People" and "Scott Pilgrim in vogue. the World" later in her professional career. Today is her birthday. Aubrey Christina Plaza, daughter of financial advisor David Plaza and attorney Bernadette Plaza was born in Wilmington Delaware. The woman is Puerto Rican and her mother is Irish, English and Irish. Plaza was educated at an all-girls Catholic high school that she attended in 2002 and the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University in 2006. In high school, Plaza was the director of the Wilmington Drama League and a members of the school's student government. Plaza suffered a stroke in 2004 while she was entering her second year of her college career. The stroke caused her to develop expressive aphasia, and experienced a brief period of involuntary paralysis. In the present, she's completely recovered.
